- Email address — only if you subscribe to the newsletter or request the free guide. We use it to send you the guide and a weekly update, and nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics — we measure how many people visit and which pages help, using first-party analytics. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
- Messages you send us — if you email or use a form, we keep your message so we can reply.
What we do not do
We never sell or rent your personal information. We never share your email address with third parties except the email provider that delivers our newsletter on our behalf.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@drwestwellness.com.
