Training & Credentials

The formal record, worn honestly and in full.

The formal record — worn honestly, in full.

My authority comes from two places, and both belong here: the paper (my degree, my functional-medicine training, my continuing education) and the practice (fifteen-plus years of clinical work, five years running a wellness practice, and four children raised on this from their first days). Most people in this space have one or the other. I am grateful to have both.

About my credentials

A word before the list, because public health education should never dodge the obvious question. A Doctor of Chiropractic is a licensed clinician trained in the musculoskeletal system, functional health, and whole-body wellness. I practiced for more than fifteen years. In 2026 an injury ended my ability to practice chiropractic, so I no longer treat patients — I teach. On this site and channel I am a functional health educator: I explain how the body works and what the research shows. I do not diagnose, and I do not treat. That frame is not a limitation I am hiding; it is exactly the truth, and I would rather you trust me for it.

Training and credentials

  • Doctor of Chiropractic — degree, institution, and graduation year, listed exactly as they read. Being finalized for publication.
  • Undergraduate education — institution and field. Being finalized.
  • Functional medicine training — certifying body and designation, quoted exactly, with year and current status. Being finalized.
  • Continuing education & advanced trainings — named seminars and techniques, each with body and year. Being finalized.
  • License history — states, years active, and current status, stated plainly. Being finalized.
  • 15+ years — clinical practice.
  • 5 years — founder of West Health Spa, Gainesville, Florida.
I will not publish a credential I cannot quote directly from the document. Exact names, exact designations, exact years — nothing rounded up. In health education, one inflated credential costs more trust than ten real ones buy. This list is being finalized to that standard and will read in full here.
